Nope. Baby has plenty of time to move. They all have their own idea of what's comfortable in there.

baby has alot of time to move, my daughter keeps flipping back & fourth but my doctor said it won't be a problem if she is at least head down by 35 weeks

No, my first was always head down, but so far this baby is breech and they still have plenty of time to move, so don't worry.
