prenatal s always make my tummy upset so I take them at night with milk!! these are the ones I have been taking all along!!

I take them at night , in the day they make me feel sick

I started taking thoes at 25 weeks they are great and i take them at night. I used to take the gummy version of them before pregnancy and up until 25 weeks when i switched. The gummy version had no iron in them and at 25 weeks i found out i was anemic, thats why i switched to the kind u have:)

I use the gummies they are a bit better and easier for me to take but you have to take two at a time. anytime during the day is okay as long as you stay with it.

I take mine right before bed bc they make me sick

I always take mine right before bed, so I don't run the risk of burping and having to taste the fish oil.

I take these in the morning and then eat and am fine :) Just remember to take them everyday lol

I do. . just be consistent. I usually grab one and eat it with breakfast

I was told by both OB's I've had it doesn't really matter when you take then just stay consistent with when you take them. I personally prefer before bed
