I had one. My milk never came in with my 2 children.

But that doesn't mean you won't be able to. It all depends on if alot of your milk ducts got cut during surgery.

I had the surgery in 2014. This is my first pregnancy since then. I am praying that mine work also. I loved breastfeeding my other 3 children. The bond is amazing.

As of now I don't think I have milk. My the keloids are killing me right now.
