Baby acne or a rash of some kind? There's little pimples and then a few splotchey patches that look like a rash. I don't like how close it is to her eye. I just put a little bit of my breast milk on it to see if it helps. She has pimples on the other cheek and her chin, but only this side looks like a rash.

it could be baby ance my one yr old had it and he grew out of it before he hit 1 but babybis still a newborn skin could be sensitive to anything

This is also happening to my baby. I try topic aveeno lotion. Sometimes it can also be that the baby is too hot or the skin may be dry.

use Aveeno baby lotion on it my little guy had it and his doctor said it was because his skin dried out from the cooler weather.

my son has the same thing his Dr. said it will come and go until he's about 6 months they gave me cream that works really good but its prescribed by his dr. its nothing you need to worry about

All natural coconut oil can help any rash, dry skin, not sure about baby acne.
