that's how I was too from weeks 12-18.. I have always had bad nausea and vomiting but I didn't show, didn't feel movement until 19 weeks, no ligament pain. I was very paranoid that baby wasn't growing or moving. but everything turned out okay! I think it's normal.
Baby is probably fine. But if you really feel concerned, it never hurts to reach out to your Dr that's on call or even go to ER. I know that feeling though.
You should only start being scared if you notice you aren't eating I was good all the way up till I was 17 weeks and then a few days after I stopped eating and having cravings I didn't know why and hadn't felt any movement from my son went back to the dr at 20 weeks and we found out my son had passed sometime in the 17 weeks not trying to scare you if your still eating and stuff you are good and like the other girl said go to the er if your worried I wish I would have went to the er when I started noticing the changes but I just figured I was just not hungry idk
I was also told by my Dr if you feel like something is wrong then call or go see your dr or go to the er because 9 times out of 10 your body is trying to tell you something

Stay positive. I started feeling pretty "normal" around my 15 or 16th week. I still do for the most part.
