Ok so no judgement zone please but I need advice/suggestions! I used to be a waitress at a restaurant and was treated very poorly by all of my managers because I was younger and "prettier" than most of the other employees (reasoning was given after I quit). My big boss was known for sleeping with younger girls although he had a wife and family of his own and was about 45 sleeping with 18-20 year olds. Since I would never give him the time of the day when he'd try and flirt with me, he started calling me a whore because I am pregnant at 19, by my boyfriend who I've been with since I was 15. Needless to say I finally got tired of the harsh treatment and words spoken to/about me so I quit. I am now unemployed and I'm having a hard time finding a job who will train me and allow me to work until my due date (maybe take off a little before) and return after my baby is born. Any suggestions on places to apply that are not in the food industry and do not require much background knowledge? I need to get back to working full time to save for my baby and I and so that I can pay for my spring semester of college! Anything helps, thanks ladies!💞

Try grocery stores in your area or maybe retail jobs . I work in the restaurant industry and I know it can be very stressful , especially when you're pregnant ! Best of luck

I'd try a cashier's job somewhere. I was 9 months working the cash register and my boss was kind enough to give me a stool to sit on.

You could apply for a bank teller position. You'll have cash handling experience from waiting tables, and you'll be sitting most of your shift so it shouldn't be too hard on you.
