I never feel compelled to remind anyone that this little jitterbug is, "MINE." People have had suggestions and criticisms about everything under my lil' pregnancy umbrella the past few months, but I know to let it slide. I will accept what advice or guidance I need, but I understand that the heavy part--the raising, guiding, and gearing up my little prince for the world, falls to my husband and me. As we have matured more in our roles as parents, we just don't get miffed anymore. Our families are excited and mean well. We however hold the pen and we know where to draw the line. I would not DARE stress my womb over somebody "claiming" our baby or offering their take on things.
