Is it true that if you get acne you're having a girl?

I did all the old wives tales and that was the only one that was right, I'm having a girl, and they all said I was having a boy.

I heard acne means boy. I got clear skin both of my other pregnancies and I have 2 boys already lol Definitely a 50/50 chance!

I think you get acne either way because of all the hormones

I think it's just an old wise tale. I'm having a girl and my face has never been this clear lol. My boyfriend told me the other day I was "glowing" too. Idk I think he was just trynna get on my good side lol
