So vent.. my manager is awful. she's like 40 with no kids and acts like a fake highschool drama queen.

I have continued to be respectful and nice all week even after she picked favorites and gave away four parties to her favorite that I should've gotten. Then I find out she was talking shit about ME and acting fake nice to my face. She acts like I'm dumb and makes comments.. I said that's one thing I always have trouble with.. and she said haha! one thing? try one of the many things. I just don't understand why people are so damn immature. She just has her favorites she talks shit to and if youre not one of them you get talked about. No matter how well you do your job, how respectful you are, how much you do for her. If your sick one day and call out and bring a doctors note she hates you for months. Maybe she just needs to have a kid and learn how to be responsible and patient. Not a damn bitch, excuse my language. ps I'm a waitress so maybe that's part of the problem.
