OK so I need advice *TMI*. ..I just went to the restroom there was blood in my panties when I wiped there was nothing is that implantation bleeding how would I know I've been nauseous all day trying to see if I'm having pregnancy symptoms? HELP!!!

it could be implantation bleeding. it happened to me. only i saw it when I wiped I don't think I ever saw it on the pad (thought it was my period) I got it twice.

when I wiped there was no blood at all I just woke up from a nap I didn't even feel it @mypregnancy_journey

just keep an eye on that. if you are concerned though you can always go in to the doctors and see what it is
