It's a folding crib

Seeing as its 60 years old I definitely don't think it meets the requirements, because cribs manufactured even a few years ago don't meet the requirements anymore. Anything drop down was recalled, if you can fit a pop can through the slots it's recalled, etc. you could probably use it as like a bassinet to travel or something easy until the baby gets too big and starts moving around.

It's beautiful and super cool I hope you find out you can use and it's safe how unique to have that for your baby 💙

cribs a few years old aren't meeting requirements so i doubt it does.

The only regulations I am finding are about the width of the railings, which I could easily fix that myself (I'm pretty handy and crafty lol) and about the drop down sides, which this does not have. So other than that I'm not finding anything against the safety aspect of this crib. But I'm going to do a little further research before I make the purchase.

Yeah now that I'm looking more into the requirements I think I will just purchase this as a fun project and use only for napping like in the living room where he is constantly monitored and not as his main crib. Thanks ya'll
