yes they can! check out the group called Human Milk for Human Babies. u can find a Facebook group in ur area and mom's donate milk to other moms. then after ur surgery and such u can try BF. I'm sure that ur milk will still come in. how soon after baby is born r u having surgery? I'd speak to ur dr cause I don't see why u would have any issues!

My dr said she wants to do it as soon as possible , but it all depends on when the surgeon is available hopefully I have her and they take me right back @mommabear3cubs

I'd pump to keep up your supply and formula feed until you can bf!

My cousin told me today I can pump while I'm pregnant , but I heard it causes contractions so I should probably wait until 37 weeks , can I save what I pump now until she's here and feed her that ? @foreveryoung247

most woman don't get their milk till after baby is born. and pumping while pregnant is NOT recommended.
