Putting your legs up dosent help it dosent move anything just lay on your back flat or use a pillow on your back and lay there for 10 to 15 mins

We used conceive plus lube and it worked the first month we tried it! And we tried for a baby for 2 years!! But put a pillow under your lower back and do missionary. When he's done, stick your legs up and lie there for a few minutes. Although I can't say that works 100% because I got pregnant while on top 😂😂

Sex, and put your feet up. Even up in the air if it works better for you for at least 15 mins. Avoid peeing after until the 15 min mark is up.
