After sharing with another mama my story I thought I would share with all of you mama's. To start off I was always saying how I just wanted my son to be born and how I just wanted him to be born early. At 3am Monday March 23rd my water started to leak, but I was unaware of it do to me being asleep. At 8am I woke up my son's father and told him I really think we should go to the hospital and get check since I was feeling a little strange. At 12pm I was admitted to Labor and Delivery at 4cm dilated. At first not knowing the issues we would face after he was born, I was so happy to be having my son. At 9:02pm March 23rd 2015 at 36 weeks and 6 days my handsome son Colt Mason Lopez was born. The first 2 days of his life we didn't have any problems. Day 3, he went to the doctor and we were sent to the hospital where he spent 3 days under the lights to save his life. After that we had 2 other multiple day stays at the hospital and never ending doctors appointments until he was 2 months old. I will never ever say I want my child to be born early again. In the first photo was the day he was born. In the second photo was him under the lights. In the third photo is him with his dad at one of his many appointments. And thank goodness the last photo is him a now happy healthy 9, almost 10 month old little boy who is soon to be a big brother.
