yes body pillows are amazing! I hated sleeping on my side until I got one

@daydreamingofsleep, I have a regular Walmart one that I bought and I was gifted a Snoogle by my favorite nurse. (I've been in and out of the hospital a lot 😧) I love the pillows equally!

I sleep with a big thick couch pillow and it's heaven!

Oh yes mine definitely helps big time. my back hurt all the time before I got it and now my back hasn't hurt once
