Does anyone else have a LO who is going to learn a language you don't speak? Like, my baby is going to learn Chinese from her grandparents, which I don't speak or understand at all 😑😒 I don't know how to feel about it 😢

my daughters gonna learn spanish i understand a lot but i dont speak it, but im okay with that its really good for them and will make her really smart!!! i was against it at first because i want to be able to understand my daughter but ill learn with her. and also she could still learn another language in school so why not just give her a head start on it

my daughter's father is Ukrainian and she will learn it. But she'll learn hebrew from me, which he doesn't speak.

@levleah, I know Korean so I want to teach her little by little but that's 3 languages she will speak. I worry she will get confused !

@mommytomia, I doubt she will... kids are amazingly adept at learning languages especially from an early age. You should definitely teach her!
