how far along are you? it got better for me after a couple of weeks (like 2-3), and now i only have that issue when he rolls a certain way. I'm 31 weeks now.

oh i had this issue. it's because when you're pregnant all your organs move to make room for the baby. and the bigger they get the more pressure is put on your diaphragm. especially if little one is sitting high. i had this problem bad cause my baby sits high high and pushes up a lot. i was lucky and had a wedge pillow that i put my other pillows on and slept kinda sitting up on. If you can find one I'd suggest gettin it, but if you can't you can just stack up your pillows. just gotta let gravity pull little one back down pretty much.

I was just talking to my midwife aboit how I feel like I can't breathe. Sometimes I feel like I'm on the verge of a panic attack! She said it's incredibly normal.
