now is the earliest they can predict at a normal scan but I always say the closer to 20 weeks the better cause its less likely to be wrong with more development! you can see it perfectly though if you go to an HD/3D/4D place, we had ours done at 16 weeks exactly and they found my little girl in 4 minutes! it was only $50 for a 20 min video scan and gender confirmation plus a 3d sneak peek, and they're incredibly accurate cause the machines at commercial places like that are higher tech than the dr office since they don't need to be paid to do diagnostics, just the fun stuff.
