Aww thanks 🙂 Just hamburger meat and chopped onions, with a little of Cayenne pepper. Chips I use the ones called/ On the border Mexican Grill & Cantina, and Three different cheeses, Finely Shredded/Mild Cheddar cheese, and Extra Sharp Cheddar by Cabot. And Monterey Jack cheese. But u can use any kind of cheese u want to, this is how I make my Beef nachos and the oven needs to be on 350' I hope u like it let me know how it turns out.
