Little rant.
My daughters dad got emergency custody when she was 19 months after lying to the court and not being a part of her life really.
It took me 11 months to get a lawyer to get her back. I ended up with joint custody in 2014.
He started dating someone new shortly after and I swear this bitch has got on my last damn nerve.
I kept my daughter months at a time for him, then one day he started threatening me (I have it recorded). So I was told by police to keep her and myself from him.
August 23 2015 he brought the cops to my house and got her back. the cop told him I was allowed to get her back my following days. I went from SC to NC to get her and he was a no show. I told the cops and they said I have to go back to court.
He ended up telling me that I wouldnt see her til court so I moved to MS to better mine and my sons life's.
Now, his girlfriend is so far into his head and they wont let me see her or talk to her.
Monday Im calling a lawyer to get in court. Im so tired of HER games not his. she acts like shes my daughters mom. They are even trying to put my 4 year old in Special Ed for no reason.

To begin with he said I was homeless and I wasnt able to defend myself since I didnt know about court. Im in a stable relationship and stable home. when he took her I did nothing but sleep around.. its how I dealt with the pain. but I have did a whole 180 degree turn around. im so proud of myself. but he will use my past against me

I def understand where you are coming from. Currently experiencing the same thing. All because I decided to move to better me and my child's life! Same state just a different city! Never once denied his father! I don't get how the system works sometimes.

i moved after I was told I had to go to court. I moved to get us out of a messy situation. im doing so much better but all they see is my past. the whoring around and moving. Im getting married this month and having another baby. I have grown up so much. they just dont see it.

I hate you are having to go through that. No mom should have to go without seeing her child. You carried her, you're her mother. She should be with you. They can't continue to use your past. It's exactly that,, your past!! It's not who you are anymore. I would definitely be finding a good lawyer and get her back!
