any thoughts if bouncing on a medicine ball help with starting labor??

go get a foot massage or tour toes done.. the pressure points in your feet will help get your labor started!
I used my yoga ball starting at 37 weeks, bouncing on it for hours, and rolling around on it, while I can't say it helped make labor come quicker, or immediately, I'm sure it helped. it also helped with my contractions while I was early laboring at home. so it's useful.
I couldn't do two days , baby said no more about a half a glass lol but try the ball hopefully that'll get it going
