Yes it is very some women are different get it both in front and back and some only front and so on lol try a nice back rub or bath I found that letting the shower head massage it helped me a bit

@mimiz, okay thank you! like I said my back is killing me and my stomach is really crampy, so I'm gonna try a nice warm shower, I can't get a back rub 😒 my baby daddy works out of town, and when he's here I'm so uncomfortable I don't even wanna be touched lol shit I'm to the point I can't even sleep in my bed 😫 and my bf just spend a lot of money on it, lol oops.
