I had that same issue and I went to the hospital due to me having high blood pressure and when u got there and hooked up to the monitor, the baby started kicking away and heart beat was great. the Nurse then began to tell me that at this point in pregnancy (28weeks) the baby has sleep patterns and is probably awake while I'm asleep because when you are awake and moving it rocks baby to sleep. the nurse also said that the baby is getting bigger and doesn't have as much room anymore so she is probably just comfortable in the position she is in. if you are really worried I say go get it checked out. this is your baby you have a right to put your mind at ease.

also try lying on your lift and drink a cold glass of water... that should help

@tmills, yeah I've been in labor and delivery before for the same issue and as soon as I got hooked up he started kicking too, im scared they'll think I'm crazy. lol im going to try cold water if not first thing tomorrow I'll have to go in😕 thanks hun

For me sometimes my little guy would just not be active at all for a few days no matter what I did, but after 2-3 days he would start up again, it used to worry me a lot but I guess it just depends on the baby

yes, and try to not lay on back or right side. all your major blood vessels ar there so it cuts off to baby if you are in those positions for long. keep me updated good luck!

are a high risk pregnancy, because its only five kicks or movements in an hour, and if you don't feel that then you see if you can track ten in two hours.... ten kicks in an hour seems like a lot. and I feel the same way, I won't feel him move for what feels like forever and then as soon as I get hooked up he starts rolling and moving around, I felt crazy too. lol.... the doctor said that its just because you've gotten so used to the movements being there that you likely aren't really even feeling the smaller kicks or moves and you only count the big ones... I hope that helps a little bit

I still get super stressed when I can't feel him move, but being in the stages of early labor they said ill feel him less now be chase of the contractions!, I'm like oh great, this is lovely... because I'm doing early labor at home, I'm not dilating enough yet,
