Is anyone else preparing to become a single mom with their first child?! Does it ever get easier? Every time I have to put stuff together for the baby I get so frustrated and upset and just break down crying! I'm so sick of doing everything alone! I wish I had someone to help me and be excited but no half the time I can't even get ahold of my child's father I'm so scared for when I go into labor if he don't come it's gunna hurt me so much! I have great family and friends but it's just not the same! I want my child's father to want to be here and help and be apart of all this! Ugh and my daughter is due Jan 3rd I'm so nervous!

I definitely feel you. its hard especially coming to the realization that your child's father won't be there. But time heals all wounds

Right ugh I call him and ask for help when I can't get something and when he does answer the phone he too busy to stop by I feel like I have already failed my daughter

I'm 18 and the dad is 22. He wants NOTHING to do with our son at all. Nothing whatsoever...

This is one of the hardest things I have been through he lives with his other baby mom and their kids and he hid it from me and it's like now I'm pregnant he has no problem talking about it don't even try n hide it nomore it hurts so much

I have a 13 yr old and his dad had never been in his life but I've had so much family support it does get easier and even though you want him there you sound like you have a great family support system take advantage and oh yea it get easier

Oh girl were on the same boat 😕 I've just slowly come to terms with it and always try to see some positives about it. I never feel alone because I have my whole family including my parents' support. But it does suck, it'll get better tho !! Just keep staying positive no matter how hard it is.
