What do y'all do when your sad ? How do you take your mind of what makes you cry/ sad?

lol I cry to my hubby. And him and my son get me up, play, or he massages my ft, runs the tub, lol I'm a BIG baby this round

I talk to my baby or just start thinking about how excited I am to meet my baby! Always works

Listen some music n take a really relaxing bath hearing ur music... It worka for me a lot... Mostly when I sing in the shower lol... Sshhh don't said I told u... 😉

@lilolove, tbh , music doesn't work for me at all. It makes me worse . It reminds me of everything . I just stay away from the music when I'm sad . Crazy right ?

Yeah... Just try to relax...

Go to a spot where u can be by yourself n let everything go n do some mind exercise like counting or u know... Sometimes it's good to just let everything out but thinking of your baby too ok... Hope u feel better...
