Soo incase anyone has followed along at all, me and my boyfriend moved out of my 3 bedroom apartment into our new house about 3 weeks ago, well the house was still a complete construction zone being remodeled still. it wasn't finished when it was supposed to be and my lease was up. so for 3 weeks we have lived out of our suitcases, with no clean close, eating freezer food and fast food 3 times a day.

we were told we couldn't unpack our stuff because it would all have to be moved back out and put in a storage unit to get the house reapraised which mean not setting up my nursery for my baby due in almost 2 weeks. I've been at my complete breaking point with this house, it has almost caused me and my boyfriend to have our first real fight in our relationship.

but good news! we got the call today and our house was reapraised for $125k, that's $13k MORE than we were aiming for, AND it was appraised at that price with only 2 fully complete rooms in the house and the house was no where near being done. so now we can unpack out stuff, settle into our house, and FINALLY set up our nursery and get ready for our new baby, and we can finish all the little stuff that needs done alone the way without rushing and stressing out anymore.

this makes me sooooo happy, y'all can't even believe my excitement right now. everything is getting so much better now 💖
