Really just depends. It could be gas bubbles, an early pregnancy symptom, early sign that you're going to get your period, or something more severe like a medical condition. I'd rule out the things I listed first and if it doesn't go away or gets worse I'd make a doctors appointment. I hope this helps and that you feel better soon!
