15-16 weeks with ultrasounds, If she wants to be nice for the camera lol! My niece had her legs closed till 20 weeks!! But you can do blood test earlier!

I had the harmony blood test at 10 weeks and knew the sex at 11 weeks. it's a test for down syndrome. It can determine the sex chromosome.
