Hey Ladies! It's New Years Eve .. Me & My Husband want to celebrate with "VINIQ" a wine/liquor kinda .. I breastfeed though ... My limit would be 2-3 cups .. how long should I wait to breast feed & how many times should I pump & throw away before pumping & storing ?????

pump and dump is a waste of milk when I breast fed I asked my Dr and he said if you are sober enough to drive you're sober enough to nurse
