prayer and patience

Like the others it'll be hard but you can do it. If you need a break just make sure baby is safe and walk out of the room for a few moments. Its definitely not easy. I done it alone with my first up until a year and half ago and my son is now 6. Things do get better and stick to your instincts, everything will fall into place.
