So threw up the brew but still having some contractions. I suppose it will help dilation. Sigh so I guess my appointment for Friday to get monitoring is still on . I hope my fluids stay consistent.

Either i make them too thick so they don't cook all the way or I burn the hell out of them lol I'm no Betty Crocker but I'm trying 🤗 any suggestions on how some of you mommies make them?
