Hey ladies any of you have any ideas on how to help get baby to flip ? ultrasound tech told me she is breached but not completely she is like side ways ? any ideas or help ?
I'm 33 weeks and going through the same thing. Midwife told me to get on my forearms with my butt in the air and do figure 8s at least twice a day, put a bag or frozen veggies where the head is cuz they don't like cold, and I also got an exercise ball that I sit on and rotate my pelvis.
@febbaby1416, thank you for that I heard from a friend also yoga helps and getting on all fours and rubbing your tummy down maybe that will help you aswell.
