So I'm new to this app! I like it so far! Me and my husband have decided to try next year once my birth control is done,and my body gets back to normal!! (who knows how long that will be) but I have a question for some of you who may have used the depo shot. How long did it take you to get back to normal?

yes I know they say 12 months to get out system I been off it 9 months @number2underconstruction

I had my last shot in March of 2015 and my cycles still aren't normal. I had very regular 28 day cycles before the shot so it definitely can keep your body off track for a while.

it took a whole year to even get a period but it's different for everyone

Took me about 3 Months to get back to normal periods, but a year to conceive.
