My mom was giving me advice of after the baby to wait 6 weeks or more to have sex... I thought about it and YES thats something I will surely do.... I find it distgusting how some ladies that give birth naturally have sex 2 weeks later.... Like you're inside is healing up and going back to its it's normal size that's just not caring for yourself to have sex 1,2 weeks after giving birth 😧 my health is MORE important than sex soo that can wait

omg lol i always waited 8 weeks or waited until my doctor was like I'm you're good to do the grown-up but even then it's a process trust me it's super painful

yes everything went back to normal size thanks to breastfeeding and squats lol but it took more waiting time to have sex you be so tired from the baby and school and the other kids that sex is like not possible when you have a newborn
