My doctor suggested start counting on the first day of your period. have sex on the 10th 12th 14th 16th 18th and 20th day. lay with your hips elevated for 5 to 10 minutes and then empty your bladder. worked for me.

try using pre-seed that's wat I did after trying for 3years
