So I'm 16w 3d and we already know that we are having a little girl thanks to blood work. I'm wondering if it's too early to go out and make a registry for the baby shower ? Both my so and myself are off tomorrow and I wanted to take him to babies r us to see all the stuff they have as this is our first child and figured while we are there we could do our registry. Is it too soon, is there even a correct answer to this question, when did you make your registry ? Thanks !
