Supplementing saved my life last night. My sweet girl and myself got a good night's sleep and only woke up 3 times to eat and change her diaper. We slept until 11:30 today and it was so nice. I'm going to continue to breastfeed but I will also be pumping and supplementing with formula when I feel like I need to. I can't allow myself to get the way I was yesterday. EBF is not worth stressing myself out that bad. I have a happy, healthy, and beautiful little girl, and that's more than enough for me. ❤
