The way I look at it is that you can have the most set in stone plan, but your little one has a plan of their own, which doesn't always go exactly like you may have planned. My "plan" is to go with the flow & go along with everything that happens. This way I won't stress myself out if things don't go as planned :)
You know, birth plans just show what you don't want. They can change. Like if you say, I want a water birth and no pain meds, but I want the meds available. It tells them what you'd like. But if you have complications, the water tub may not be an option. For the most docs, they just want to know what you don't want unless it's completely necessary
Problem is idk what I'm ok with I have no clue what is going to happen once I go to the hospital in labor
