I have a headache lower stomach pains as well as lower back pain and pain in my hands and feet and ankles but it keeps switching from one to the other on the hands and feet what should I do?

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

This may be stupid but....how long do contractions last for? I keep having period cramps and lower back pain but it lasts like 3 minutes each time.
