heart burn is so bad.. i have had it all pregnancy but it hust seems to be getting worse

tums are great the mint kind and they are also a good source of calcium. I had issues prior to being pregnant with heartburn and also during. Ob said tums. Prior I would get it so bad I would be curled up in a ball and praying for death I had so much acid. I would eat small amounts of bread it helps soak it up. That was from my gallbladder. They can prescribe you promethazine it will knock you out but it does wonders for heartburn. It is all OK with pregnancy. I'm on omeprazole wasn't making much difference and takes about two weeks to really take effect. Good luck love also peppermint is great too

Ask for omethprozale. Something close to that. it's safe and takes heartburn away!
