I've been in hospital for about 8 hours now. I have an iv in my hand that hurts, a blood pressure cuff on my right arm that will stay on until I deliver, and an external fetal monitor. They administered cervidil at about 9:30 and will remove it at 6 and check my cervix. Then they will give me an hour break and then start the pitocin. I'm not allowed anything but ice chips until after the baby is born and even though I'm on iv fluids I'm super thirsty. And this bed sucks it is super uncomfortable, makes my but go to sleep and it's so hard I don't last on my sides very well either.

lol thats how it was with all my children I know your pain except I went into labor natraul lol but I love them ice chips lol.
