this was ours. you could also do silly string sprayed at you. or wear all white and have someone spray you with a squirt gun with pink or blue dyed water

my sister decorated a cardboard box and put balloons in it for my gender reveal. and we made a "pop the belly" game just cut out people and blew up balloons and put the color confetti in one balloon and tacked them to the peoples "belly" on the board, and let everyone try to pop the balloons until the right one was popped :)
