I've woke up this morning full of the cold with a stuffy head and a really blocked nose. Does anybody know what cold remedies pregnant women can take? I. e Olbas plastic inhaler or strepsils or soothers? Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated at this moment xx

I had one for 4 weeks and I was told by every pharmacist going to use vix vapour rub. On chest and a little under nose, also melt/swirl 2 teaspoons into a bowl of hot water and sit with your head over it. They advised nothing else! Xx
