Hi ladies! Need some advice...
I have been successfully pumping and bottle feeding for 8 months now. My body is no longer producing enough milk and I am stressing out because I waited to start solids with my little one. a little because I feel lost. Now I sit here trying to pump every last drop for her night feeding worrying about what to do because she normally eats 7oz and I only have 4oz left. Any help is greatly appreciated.
I feed her organic oatmeal mixed with breastmilk but she doesn't seem to eat to much of it. I have tried butternut squash and she didn't care for that same with apples. Do I just keep feeding her the same things until she just eats it?

Try it again. My baby didn't like apples the first 1 or 2 times I fed them to him and now he eats them. Also have you ever tried putting her to your breast? It should help your supply boost.

@mommmyof1, thank you! I will. @1130nnne that's what I am thinking. @junesmommy15 yeah I will keep trying. I was trying to start with veggies because I heard not to start with fruit but at this point I need something. I have tried she just wiggles away now. I don't lay with her when she naps because that is my time to try and get things done...

@mrswesseling15, lactation cookies, fish oil pills, non alcoholic beer, I pump 10 ounces every 4 hours like clock work
