When did most of you ladies take maternity leave?

i was wondering the same thing, its my first time taking maternity leave & im going 4 days before my due date

I'm a waitress and being on my feet for hours and walking around really takes a toll on my back and swells my feet up, and my job will let me leave whenever and come back whenever. So I just wanted to know when most people take theirs so I don't seem like a big baby for leaving so early lol

With my first I took a month and half before.

I took my leave at 39 weeks!

I took mine at 36 weeks.

I plan on it like a month before.. earlier if I just can't take anymore in my third trimester. I'm saving money til then so I can be off for a while to stay home with my baby.

I worked my last day at 40 weeks even :)

I'm a teacher so I'm planning to work until I'm 8 months.

I'm due 2 days after Valentine's Day so the Friday before will be my last day
