My daughter's belly button is dirty and I'm unable to clean it up 😏 Any suggestions ?

I put a little bit. it fizzes up and gets the gunk loose and I just use the end of a washrag to dry it out.

will it clean it all out at once or is like a treatment ?

it should do it once. she might wiggle around when it fizzes though.
