the past 2 days I've woke up with severe pain in my back right side under my rib ! what on earth could this be. it hurts to breathe or move but once I'm up and moving it isn't to bad.

yea I still have it. its like as soon as I get up . it makes it hard to breathe do I need to tell my Dr when I go in for a check up?

I would ask your doctor to check into it. Because with my first I was having gallbladder attacks and it wasn't until after my pregnancy they figured out what they were. And I had to get it removed. they could give you medicine to help for pain/attacks.
