Could just be the egg implanting into your uterus. Normally you bleed during implantation.

It wouldn't be implantation bleeding. Especially if you've already had a positive pregnancy test. Your body doesn't even start making the hcg hormone until after the baby implants. @mommygrant_xoxo but @jesterr it could just be old blood. I wouldn't be worried unless it's bright red, your having cramps and it's heavy.

@callumsmommy, I just might seeing as it more consistent than ever and I had never peed and saw blood in my urine also my headache may be due to this.

I had the same thin for my first 10 weeks. my Dr said its normal as long as there is no cramping

@halsey11, it was a red red blood not much but red for sure last night, now it's light.

@jesterr, I would go to be safe. nothing wrong with putting your mind at ease and making sure your baby is okay.

@jesterr, I miscarried 5 months ago and only had blood no cramps so its possible!

You can go just to be safe but I had my period for the first 3 months of both of my pregnancies. If you have blood in your urine then you should go ASAP just to be safe!

last time I went to the Er my cervix was closed but my pregnancy hormone levels were low. may have been due to it being so early and that most women don't even know at 4 weeks. @callumsmommy

You can still have implantation bleeding up to 4 weeks after conception. She's only 5 weeks.

It could be but it could also be your kidneys! I had a bad uti plus a kidney infection that mad my urine a brownish color with some blood! I didn't know I had a kidney infection for a year and almost cost me my life.

oh I am on antibiotics have been, just thought maybe it could be the cause of the occasional bleeding

You really won't know until you go to the doctor. We can speculate all we want but it would probably be best just to call your doctor and ask. Good luck. I'm sure it's nothing serious!
