Ask your doctor before doing that. I never did it because my sons weight is fine and doctors told me not to do it

I never put it in my baby's bottle. I've been told it helps and I've been told it doesn't help. baby's just take time to get used to things. they are constantly changing which can cause their sleep schedule to fluctuate very frequently in the first 4 months or so. I wouldn't recommend it unless your doctor does.... but ino there are a bunch of ladies that would love to argue with me about it lol. so I say go with your mommy instincts

My doctor told not to, because my daughter was(is) a healthy weight, and it wasn't needed .

I've been putting it in my sons bottle since he was 8 weeks old it won't hurt anything at all. Yes it does help them sleep my son will sleep from 10-5 if he has rice cereal in his bottle

I did it at about 2 months and it cut her nightly feedings in half bc she stayed full for longer
