half of my back hurts and the other half feels heavy. one of my legs is really heavy too...

I've been taking iron pills from my doctor about two days before christmas, should I feel like this? granted it did make me stop feeling dizzy and I dont start to tip over when Im just standing there... Am I taking my iron pills too much, or should I wait a feel days to see if I feel better? I've also been feeling a tad bit nauseous for the past two days, only at night though...
